RESIDENT PASTOR

Pastor Charles serves as the Resident Pastor of Dominion City Church Washington State and he is truly a teacher at heart; he is passionate about helping those he leads to reach their full potential in God. Thanks to his dynamic teaching ministry, incredible testimonies flow into Dominion City Church Washington State, every day. Dr. Charles is also a Journalist and an Artist by profession, and he is married to Pastor Grace Opara. Together, they have two children, Victoria and Emmanuel.

ASSOCIATE PASTOR

Pastor Grace holds the position of Associate Pastor at Dominion City Church Washington State. Additionally, she leads the worship team and oversees Keepers of the Flame, the intercessory department. Professionally, she is an educator.

ADMINISTRATOR

Victoria Opara serves as an Administrator at Dominion City Church Washington State.
